At MISSWISS, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, panties and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Ship the item(s) back to our address using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. Please contact our Customer Service team to check availability before sending your item back.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
