Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen courier. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount — check our current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier’s website.
